The Start of Something Big?

What if a family of four, with almost no sailing experience, decided to sell almost everything they had and move onto a sailboat — and take off in the “wild blue yonder?”

Most people think it can’t be done. Only “rich people” could do something like that. (Or crazy people.)

But it has been done by people, and while it’s not “normal” it’s also not completely unheard of.

This blog is the story of one such family who has a dream of “getting away from the normal routine” and how they accomplished it — or how they didn’t.

We’ll all have to wait and see what happens…
